Jananne was a huge help in copying records at the National Archives, that would’ve otherwise been in accessible to me. She photographed 290 pages of information to a high standard and was professional and friendly in all communication, aiding me in fully researching a very niche military unit. Moreover, it was all well priced for the high-quality of record photography.
10/10, will definitely be requesting her help again.

Jananne did a fantastic job sorting out and demystifying my family tree. There was always some confusion on my mothers side as we originally thought my Grandmother was adopted. Jananne did a great job getting to the bottom of this as well as answering numerous other questions that we had such as whether some my relatives were German or not, occupations and war records etc. Overall she did a brilliant job and I would thoroughly recommend.

Absolutely fascinating meeting with Jannane! Her exceptional and meticulous work found so much about a paternal ancestor that was a real mystery to us! Well documented proofs added to the story, and her passion & enthusiasm shows how much she enjoys her work. She has added vital – and corrected – information to my family tree that’s really spurred me on to look wider & further. And I’d definitely recommend her if you need to fill in blanks about your ancestors; she doesn’t miss anything! Thanks Jannane – I’ll probably be back…

Jananne has been an invaluable force in helping to break down a dense brick wall of family mysteries, masterfully revealing fascinating back-stories about my London & Bedford ancestors. The quality and quantity of the research she compiled and organized into a compelling report was an absolute thrill to read — my late father and mother would have been astounded by Jananne’s fine work. Highly recommend!

Jananne did a quick, efficient, and extraordinarily well-documented job that allowed me to learn much more than I had expected about my ancestors. She pays great attention to detail and treats each story as if it were her own. I highly recommend her services.
Jananne hizo un trabajo rápido, eficaz y extraordinariamente documentado que me permitió saber mucho más de lo que esperaba sobre mis ancestros. Cuida el detalle y trata cada historia como si fuera la suya propia. Totalmente recomendable.

What an absolutely fantastic experience. Jananne is passionate about the whole process of digging into a family history and sharing the stories of their lives. She was able to trace my family back six generations so far and her report was detailed and of great quality. Her prices were very reasonable and transparent. I will absolutely be commissioning her work in the future.

I hired Jananne to research the immediate family of my ancestor who had British roots yet fought for the colonists in our Revolutionary War. Finding 275 year old documents can be a challenge. But Jananne uncovered most of what I was seeking. She provided a complete report of her findings with maps and suggestions for deeper research avenues if I decide to do more in the future. She took time to ask questions for clarification and was a great communicator! Definitely would hire her again.
